STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son. (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the infallible, authoritative word of God.

We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and was crucified on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all humanity. We believe in His bodily resurrection on the third day and His ascension to the right hand of the Father. He is the only mediator between God and man. We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received through grace by faith in Jesus Christ. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which empowers believers for the ministry and is showed by spiritual gifts. We believe in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of n every believer, guiding, comforting, and sanctifying us. We believe in the power of the Gospel to transform lives and that it is our mission to share this good news with the world. We believe in the importance of prayer, worship, and fellowship as essential parts of a thriving relationship with God. We are committed to living a life of holiness and service, depending entirely on God through Christ and the Holy Spirit for our every need.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

We are a lighthouse that is a light in the way to help the lost find the pathway to eternal life, and this eternal life comes through no one but Jesus Christ. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, i am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the Father but by me.

 

VISSION STATEMENT

Our vision is to be a vibrant, Christ-centered community that knows God intimately, intentionally making disciples who grow together spiritually, and generates a ripple effect of God's transformative love and truth through our city and beyond.
